Return & Refund Policy
At House of Majata, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
- In original packaging
Non-returnable items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at colabwithmax@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
